Structure Before Signal and Structure Lab exist to share knowledge for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a signal, a guaranteed setup, or a promise of profitability. We do not guarantee that you will make money, avoid losses, or achieve any particular trading result. Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of capital, and you remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

What you're buying

A completed purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to:

• a personalized PDF of the book, watermarked with your account email and order ID — you may download it as many times as you need, for your own personal use;
• the private online reader;
• Structure Lab training access according to your product's chart and day allowance (300 charts over 30 days on the standard program; the VIP upgrade extends this to 1,000 charts over 100 days).

This license is for your personal use only. You may not share, publish, resell, or redistribute your copy of the book or your account access. Because your PDF is watermarked to your identity, sharing it is identifiable and is a violation of these terms.

Payment

Prices are listed in USD. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, our third-party payment processor. Your purchase is confirmed once payment is verified on-chain. See our Refund Policy for details on final-sale terms.

Referral program

If you participate in the referral program, commissions are calculated on qualifying paid purchases at the rates shown in your account at the time of the referral (currently up to 20% / 10% / 5% across three levels). Commissions are estimates until an order is fully confirmed, and are reversed if the underlying order is refunded or charged back. We may modify commission rates or discontinue the referral program at any time; any change applies to future commissions only, not commissions already earned and confirmed. Creating fake accounts or referring yourself to generate commissions is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of commissions and account termination.

Prohibited conduct

• Sharing your account or watermarked content with anyone else.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automating access to the site or the training game.
• Attempting to manipulate the referral program through fake accounts or self-referral.
• Any use of the site that violates applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund for the remaining term of your access.

No warranty, limitation of liability

The site and training program are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akiro Kage is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the material or your own trading decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
