Refund Policy

Structure Before Signal is educational material only, shared for educational purposes. It is not financial advice, and we do not guarantee any trading outcome or profit.

All sales are final

Because your book is generated and watermarked specifically to you at the moment of purchase, and your Structure Lab training access is unlocked immediately, we're not able to offer refunds once a payment is confirmed. Please review the sample chapter and the game demo before purchasing.

If something went wrong on our end

The one exception: if you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a confirmed payment that never unlocked your access due to a fault on our side — contact support and we'll fix it, either by granting access or refunding the affected charge.

A note on cryptocurrency payments

Payments are made in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. Crypto transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain, which is part of why we ask you to be certain before purchasing.
