Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026. This page describes what Structure Before Signal (Akiro Kage) actually collects and does with your data — it reflects the real, current behavior of this site and its systems, not generic boilerplate.

Structure Before Signal is educational material only. We don't provide financial advice, and we don't guarantee any trading outcome or profit — we're sharing knowledge for educational purposes only.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
• Purchase records: order ID, product purchased, amount, currency, timestamp, and payment status. Payment is processed entirely by NOWPayments, our third-party cryptocurrency payment processor — we never receive or store your wallet keys or full payment credentials.
• Referral data: if you use a referral link, we store which account referred you so commissions can be calculated. Referral tracking uses two cookies (see "Cookies" below).
• First-party analytics: page path, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, and a device/browser summary parsed from your browser's user-agent string. Your IP address is never stored in readable form — it is one-way hashed before being written to our database, so we cannot look up or reconstruct your actual IP from our records.
• Support requests: anything you tell us when you contact support, so we can help you.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to advertisers.
• We don't fingerprint your device beyond basic browser/OS detection from the user-agent string.
• We don't store your raw IP address.
• We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Cookies

We set three essential cookies, all restricted (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax), needed to run the service:

• akiro_session — keeps you signed in.
• akiro_referral_visitor and akiro_referral_code — remember a referral link for up to 90 days so the right account gets credit if you sign up.

Your theme (light/dark) and language preference are stored in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and are never sent to our servers.

The live chat widget (tawk.to), where present on the page, sets its own cookies to keep a chat session connected — those are set and controlled by tawk.to, not by us directly.

Who we share data with

• NOWPayments — processes your cryptocurrency payment. See their own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Resend — delivers transactional email (verification, receipts, account notices) on our behalf.
• tawk.to — powers the live chat widget on most pages. If you open a chat, whatever you type (and, if you're signed in, your account email) is sent to tawk.to's servers so our support team can see and reply to it. It also sets its own cookies to keep a chat session connected. See tawk.to's own privacy policy.
• Our hosting provider — stores the application and database that power this site.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep your data

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting support — some order records may be retained where we're legally required to keep them.

Your choices

You can review and update your account email at any time from your account dashboard. To request a copy of your data, or to request deletion, contact support from your account.

Children

This site is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
